Financial Therapy is a relatively new field that adds a financial spin to traditional therapy methods to help reduce a person's anxiety and stress regarding money. Using evidence-based tools, we explore your money history, family dynamics, and your deepest emotions about money to help you shed your financial hang-ups and move forward with your financial goals.
Financial Therapy is designed to give you:
- A relationship with money that lets you feel confident and in control;
- a good understanding of your income, savings, debt, money history, beliefs, and values;
- the ability to set and achieve your financial goals and align those goals within your personal relationships.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and cost $200 each.
